Apprentices gain an academic qualification – BA Honours Management and Leadership – awarded by Coventry University, Times Higher Education Awards University of the Year 2015. This apprenticeship also develops the skills, experience, knowledge and behaviours required to achieve professional qualification and accreditation: the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Diploma in Management and Leadership and full Chartered Manager status with the designator letters ‘CMgr’ – the highest that can be achieved in the management profession.
